In my recent work I explore themes of hope and meaningfulness. A thought by the poet Jack Gilbert reflects my approach to painting:
“We must have the stubbornness to accept our gladness in the ruthless furnace of this world.”
Based in Turku, Finland. Studio at Art House Turku.
Recent exhibitions include Brussels, Jyväskylä and Helsinki.
My works are held in private collections in Finland.
